The etched-style illustration for this very elegant gift hamper was initially commissioned in 2016 for Designer Carmen Payne for Australian Gourmet Gifts. They produce exquisite hampers with a broad selection of premium and award winning products. 

  

The original brief in 2016 involved illustrating a cornucopia of festive foods in a lavish spread. It was essential that all items remained unbranded as the contents would evolve according to product availability and demand each year.

A redesign in 2021, involved new products being illustrated into the hamper and presented the designer with the challenge of integrating new with old. As the original illustration had been designed and composited with individual illustrations in Photoshop to allow this flexibility, it offered broader options in how to use them more creatively on the final packaging. Hence, Carmen's bespoke wallpapered craft box became the fresh new look, elegantly created gourmet gift hamper.
